Uchikomi Geiko is a combination of all the basic strikes and it is a method to execute the basic (big) strikes continuously and correctly. And motodachi or receiver will open up targets for the striker to strike.
It is very important so this makes you to execute the basic strikes continuously, smoothly and correctly. And this will lead you to kakari-geiko, which you just keeps striking wherever you think there is an opening.
