Thanks for your answer Sensei! It's perfectly clear now, also, as you said, normally for taking the seiza position in our dojo, the command is Chakuza!

I'll keep on asking things, I find it interesting that Kendo seems quite simple, I mean, there are not too many movements or positions to learn, but behind each simple thing, there is a world of complexity moved by an beautiful tradition.

The road ahead is long, hopefully, as your website says, for life.
