Maybe you and me can email. I can help you with forms. The only thing about kendo kata is that can be complicated
If you practiced say 6 basic stances but you would need a training partner to spar and practice with. If you’re looking for an official dojo, you maybe can learn the basics online. If you like it you can start to attend a school. I am in San Ramon and I practice in Berkeley. It’s about a 1 hour and a half drive but it’s worth it. I think you should just do it. From where I am to Berkeley is 25 miles

Kendo-Guide.Com: Thank you for sharing your opinion! Just a little thing. When you write, please use comma and period. That way, I won’t misunderstand what you are saying when I need to edit. Thanks!

What are the recommendations for dojoless training? Because the nearest kendo dojo is more than 20 miles away.

Kendo-Guide.Com: Even If you cannot visit the dojo as often as they give training, you should go to the dojo. Not sure if you can drive or not, but if you can, 20 miles is not that far. If you can go there once a week, then you should and ask for their teaching.

Since you may not be able to go to the dojo as often as you need, you need some kind of guidance at home. I developed the learning DVD set. There will be a new service but as of 2/12/14 it is not yet ready for you.

So please consider to become a free member first and wait for the service.
