After MRI, the diagnosis I got was
- Grade I anterolisthesis L5 on S1 secondary to chronic bilateral L5 pars fractures.
- Degenerative changes at L2-L3 and L3-L4 without nerve root impingement.
And also my back doesn’t have good S curve. My first back pain was when I was 15. And I had one fracture when I was 17. And I had back spasm several times before this time (October 2015).
I am not sure what triggers pains but I know I cannot sit or stand for a long time.
After all years of having abused my body, things get really complicated. I’ve been working on strengthening the core muscles and reprograming how I should use my body.
